They’re also an excellent source of Vitamins E and C as well as the antioxidant mineral manganese.<br><br>Hot peppers have amazing levels of vitamins and minerals as well, such as Vitamins A, C and B6 and the minerals iron, copper and potassium.<br><br>Our Pepper Salt is made of such varieties as Jimmy Nardello, padrone, Tam jalapeño, Anaheim and Ace bell peppers. It is two parts pepper powder and one part Celtic Sea Salt. Enjoy on steaks, buttered potatoes, avocados, folded into sauces and salad dressings – anything that could use an earthy and aromatic kick.
